Luís Gustavo Silva | Cybersecurity Analyst

I am a hardworking professional who strives to learn new things in many computer science topics, mainly cybersecurity and data science. Currently, I am studying red team techniques, focusing on Active Directory exploitation and network security. I plan to get into malware development and hardware hacking in the future.

I graduated from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (UFMG) in 08/2023. I studied deep learning, data science, and network security solutions as an undergraduate researcher for 4 years (2019/1 - 2023/1), developing my undergraduate thesis in DDoS detection using unsupervised machine learning. After graduating, I worked as a Cybersecurity Consultant @ BIP Brasil for 9 months, where I did cybersecurity diligence, researched cloud solutions for international clients, and contributed to data science projects. Currently, I am working at Pacific Sec since 05/2024 as a Cybersecurity Analyst, developing my skills as a pentester and helping clients identify critical security breaches in their products.
